Mike Mueller – President/CEOMike Mueller founded IBT after 25 years in the office automation industry. Previously, Mr. Mueller was co-founder of Global Imaging Systems, Inc., a publicly traded company with revenues of over $1 billion annually. He also served as President/CEO of Global’s Texas based company with 8 locations statewide. IBT has been founded upon the principles of extraordinary technical and customer service. As a native Texan, Mr. Mueller believes that these cornerstones will make IBT stand alone in the Texas marketplace – “We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated”.
Robert Vandever – Vice President/CFORobert Vandever joined Mr. Mueller at the formation of IBT as the VP and CFO. Previously, he had fifteen years of industry experience as VP and CFO of a large Xerox / Sharp dealership where he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions. He has held key roles in the integration of many office equipment acquisitions and branch startups, and development of many significant internal growth initiatives as well. He also has prior experience in top corporate financial management and public accounting. He has a degree in accounting from the University of Missouri.
Tanner holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Since beginning his career in the document imaging industry, he quickly advanced from an Account Manager position to Branch Sales Manager for several branches of a large Xerox / Sharp dealership; where he played a vital role to the revitalization and expansion of each of those locations. Tanner received several awards for his achievements and was recognized by Global Imaging Systems in 2009 for his exceptional performance. Tanner then transitioned into a Public Sector Sales Manager role and introduced new state recommended solutions, assisting agencies with mandatory organizational cutbacks. Tanner Martin became a part of the Executive Management Team in November of 2011 and throughout his 7 years of sales and management experience, his primary focus has been to implement strategies which help customers strengthen their technology infrastructure, lower total operating expenses and provide the highest level customer support. As the Vice President of Sales, Tanner’s experience in both the private and public sector sales will be a valuable asset to IBT and our clients.
Harold Prather – Vice President – ServiceAfter serving in the United States Air Force, Harold gained over twenty years of progressively successful experience in the service and operations side of a major Texas dealership. He has had a broad range of responsibilities, including extensive management and authority over a large technical and operations staff. Harold has always been a key member of top management, and has been instrumental in achieving cost saving and overall financial goals, while maintaining the highest levels of service standards and customer responsiveness. Harold brings his outgoing enthusiasm to the IBT team with unparalleled dedication to world-class service and the utmost in customer satisfaction.
